Pros

From the outside Lemonade Stand looks like a great company, ranked as a "top workplace", great Google Reviews, and has a overall pleasant LinkedIn presence - but don't make the same mistake i did. Don't waste your time here.

Cons

All the money Lemonade Stand is making is going into their pet project, Build Then Bless. There's no money to hire qualified people, pay for time saving softwares, or promote/give raises. IF that's not where their financial problems are coming from, then maybe due to the fact that the company is very top heavy, but the top isn't at all involved in what's going on in the company. In fact they have no idea what is going on. When you pull back the curtain you'll see that the President of the company isn't involved isnt the day to day, has no clue whats going on, never has good wifi, and attends calls from his cell phone most the time, too busy using the company accounts for his church's business. The publicly announce policies, and then quietly remove them without announcing to people that the policy has been changed... you'll find out when you go to use it! They lie on job descriptions about performance bonuses, i guess if you could the few dollars a month you get from build then bless, then they're being honest. Also do not trust the great places to work survey, they BEG for those submissions.

Pros

Lemonade Stand has given me SO much since joining last year. I started out as an intern and am now an Account Manager. I owe it to countless team members and management who willingly took me in and answered my many questions. I’ve never worked at a place where I feel like I can be myself and not be judged. I don’t feel like anyone is breathing down my neck, and everyone is so positive. The culture is amazing. It sounds cheesy, but everyone wants to help everyone. I can literally talk to a higher up and not feel less than. There is so much to love about working here. I feel like they care about the employees and are always looking for ways to improve.

Cons

The only cons I can think of is Lemonade Stand being a little unorganized with processes. In the past couple months there have been huge improvements to organization so I am happy about that. Like any company there are growing pains and I am happy to be part of a team that wants to learn and grow together.

Pros

Everything about Lemonade Stand is a pro. We have the coolest culture on the planet! I get to work with the greatest people that I have ever known every single day as we try to build something that is way bigger than any of us. So grateful to be a part of this company.

Cons

Only con I can think of is that the benefits are not what I would call top notch. This is a smaller company, so the resources aren't the same as a large corporation, which makes complete sense. Benefits will adapt as the company grows.
