      If you are worked here, you can survive in any other below average companies too.

      Cons

      Lot of work pressures. Management is more concern about other or personal matters of employees other than professional. Salary always will be late . Some months it will be part-payment. Notice period can be 2 to 3 months. last month salary after resignation is still pending for meny employees.

      "I worked as a graphic designer for this company for past one year and it was a terrible experience. The management was unorganized and the communication was poor. The worst part was that my salary was not given properly, despite multiple reminders. It was incredibly frustrating and caused a lot of stress. I would not recommend working for this company."

      U will get lots of task, u can explore yourself as you may need to work on too many tasks even if its not your responsibility.

      Cons

      U wont get salary on time. U need to beg always for the salary. Dont expect any salary hike.
