      Pros

      Laid back. The owner is a very kind man, giving deals to anyone and everyone. The work hours were great - Monday to Friday work schedule with opportunity for weekend work as well. MUCH more organized, friendly and helpful compared to the competition down the street.

      Cons

      Controlling management you cannot please. Hard to stay happy as nothing ever seems to get completed. Very incompetent ops manager who thinks he knows best which is far from the truth.
