i was appointed as an marketing and application engineer. i came know know about the true colour of the company within a month. i decided to quit but still my salary was not credited for the first month itself. it took 55 days for them to credit my first month salary, later i resigned with proper intimation. they said they will credit the salary soon. but when i call them they are saying am a cheater and criminal and using unparliamentary words. (i have the proof). as am from middle class i cant keep running behind them legally.

Everything is cons. no respect for ppl. looks they follow hire and terminate in 3 months policy. salary? Never paid on time. literally need to beg for it and you ask few times you will b terminated. no employee has worked there more than 1 year i guess. no good work environment at all. if possibility to put 0.25 star rating i will put that. no system is followed. i prefer being unemployed than working here. pls dont ruin your career working here.
