Pros

Some staff were nice and I made friends whilst there Some and I stress SOME managers were lovely to work with and couldn’t do enough to help you (l believe most of them have now been made redundant) Salary was ok Free use of gym

Cons

Poor career progression. Long hours sometimes with no breaks. Ended up spending a lot of my days off working overtime. Bullying/rumours are a daily occurrence. Staff food on shift wasn’t great. Lack of proper management. Huge blame culture, rather than people taking responsibility for their own problems. Poor handling of the COVID-19 pandemic. High staff turnover rate. Favouritism exists and was really shown during the redundancy process. Personally I wouldn’t return to the business and I am glad to be out of the company now, a very toxic workplace.

Pros

Ok for students who dont mind having no life

Cons

The managements are incompentent and rude. They have no idea what they are doing and there is no organisation. They do not care about their staff at all and HR is a joke.
