Pros

If you’re an influencer looking to monetize copy and paste fitness programs and AI generated meal plans, this could be a great business venture.

Cons

The business model takes 30% off every in addition to several thousand from signed coach parters in start up fees, to partner with “coaches” aka… (social media influencers, some who have never coached before/ not even certified) and allows them essentially scam people online looking to improve their health and promises them good coaching results that usually are never delivered upon. They claim to be an “exclusive” company when it comes to working with the “top 5 %” of online coaches, but in reality they will work with just about anyone and everyone who has 50k+ followers and is unfortunate enough to sign a contract with them. They also strategically hire account managers that have a well- connected fitness network to fuel their MLM scheme.
