1. If you are beginner then company is good for you 2. You will get good amount of learning opportunities 3. Since company is rapidly adopting new tech, hence it's for beginner or frehser
Cons
1. There is further scope and challenges once you gain the certain amount of experience 2. For non-tech, it's very difficult to sustain 3. No-motivation for tech and non-tech employees 4. Very less payout in terms of monitory 5. Since management handled by very young partners ( Around 27 yr old). So lack of vision 6. HR and other policies are not viable
