Having previously come from a large technology focused investment bank I can confidently say Leonis provides its analysts a level of exposure not commonly found on the street. You're given direct access to MDs and in turn will deal with far less hierarchical red-tape, you'll commonly be given opportunities to play-outside your role if you've proven the ability to-do-so, and for analyst seeking a long-term career as a banker, Leonis has a track-record of internally promoting at all levels.
Cons
Nothing outside of common pain-points found across any scaling team. Management provides transparency and encourages bankers at all levels to vocalize opinions - leading a collaborative culture that is not commonly found on the street.
