Pros

A few talented people in diverse teams staying there only for money. Compensation ( & not even for what it is ) if you overkill unrealistic objectives.

Cons

Very bad working environment Terrible company 'culture' Disastrous relationships between HQ and branches, between colleagues, services, ... No consistent training Heads & leaders have no interest in what's going on outside of their bonus, the only incentive is 'every man for himself'

Nice, modern office, good location

Cons

Development culture and standards are rather mediocre, some parts of the technology stack are outdated, some are new but often misused. Nature of work and projects highly depend on what team you are in, some teams are comfortable, some are overwhelmed. Inconsistent decisions from IT management from the bottom to the top, poor business ethics and politics running through the entire organisation causing frustration and high turnover of people. No career path or opportunities for individual progress. Couple of favoured people get to have their say, the rest are barely acknowledged.

Office is located near Zürich HB If this is your first job in Switzerland, you can get a B permit and then look for a better job

Cons

High fluctuation, most people last maximum a year or two Below market salaries, new hires usually come from eastern europe Office space is crowded Management is constantly lying Bad company image No career advancement possibilities (dead end job) Chaotic and stressful Low morale and motivation Low quality, homegrown IT tools and applications
