Pros

Social life - met some good friends.

Cons

Where to begin... Useless HR who do nothing with employee problems. No pay structure causing issues between staff doing identical jobs. No sick pay whatsoever! (Policy recently updated but staff not told) No bonus scheme. Those qualifying via alternative routes are undervalued and discriminated against. Staff generally treated badly with no rewards e.g. Christmas given a £1 advent calendar when partners receive a massive bonus.
