Pros
Decent work-life balance. Benefits totally paid for (although plan was not great)
Cons
They seem to be stuck in old process which they don't care to improve. I was treated very poorly while I worked there, and also witnessed other people being treated poorly. The owner/manager is there because he has family ties to the business, so he has no feedback mechanisms on his performance. There are also no regular merit increases.
