Pros

None. Absolutely none whatsoever. Run a mile.

Cons

The whole business is an absolutely dreadful place to work. The staff turnover is massive, people can last a few months at best. Ill-educated management, a CEO that has massively profited off peoples circumstances and continues to do so. Team leaders that prey on young women in their team and favouritism is obviously rife. Avoid this company like the plague, they do no one any favours in an industry that exploits people moving house. The business worked on, whilst I was there, Charging people £120 for a reference fee which entails providing bank statements and employment references. They then charge the letting agent £10 for a PDF to prove it. This was subsequently outlawed by the government. The conniving management found another way to pick at the bones of the letting industry which will likely be what you, as a prospective employee, will be doing on a daily basis. The management also continue to degrade ex-employees in meetings and put them down. It’s just painful to work here. Don’t apply, you are better off on the dole.

Pros

The bonus. Aside from that I cannot think of a single positive thing to say about this company.

Cons

This company hires young people just starting out on a career, to squeeze every single drop of productivity and mental energy from them in return for a low salary and not a lot else. Furthermore if you take a sick day, you do not receive a bonus payment that month. Try and book a day off 6 weeks in advance and it's highly likely you will be refused it. For some months over the summer period, you can't take any of your holiday whatsoever! Staff are treated with utter contempt, and I personally lost count of the number of staff members who left the office in tears. I think this company's slapdash work ethic and the stress this causes staff is absolutely dispicable.
