      Pros

      Great mission, in theory. Very cool product with a ton of potential. Good people.

      Cons

      CEO is impossible to work with. Decisions are made overnight, with no notice and no thought for the impact, yet everyone is expected to change course immediately. Products are designed without the actual user experience in mind. Major tech debt that makes it impossible to make effective improvements. Absolutely zero company culture or camaraderie.

      Pros

      Enjoyed working with my colleagues. The mission sounds great, but the numbers don't really add up. That said, it is a cool product.

      Cons

      Laying people off right before Christmas is.... not nice. Misleading a candidate during an interview about company policy is... not nice.
