      * Amazing colleagues, everyone is massively driven and massively intelligent * Great career opportunities, if you're willing to work for it. Upwards + sideways mobility is common * Pay seems pretty competitive, from what I've seen

      * Fast paced is a double-edged sword, it can be quite hard to keep up with everything going on
