Fulfilling work, really nice team. My direct supervisor was wonderful but the people above him seemed very unorganized.

The owners kept changing the model, didn't seem to understand the work, and make it difficult to do a good job in a timely manner. HR was also unorganized.
The leadership is insane. They pretend to be interested in helping people but those who succeed in the company do so by being cut throat and dishonest. Weaponized incompetence is a way of life.
