      good pay, progression, good depending on manager

      Cons

      poor performance isn't managed. A lot of people doing the bare minimum. Half of leadership aren't capable - typical gov environment.

      Great work life balance, supportive and friendly staff, professional development opportunities and amazing culture of “sharing” ideas that is unmatched from anywhere else I have worked.

      Can take a long time to get things done but this is minor compared to the positives
