The branch manager knows how to handle herself if it wasn’t for her the owner wouldn’t be able to handle his offices.
Cons
Low pay Employees feel lied and cheated when they are left to managers or line supervisors who don’t speak English they aren’t given any training or guidance on sites PPE or safety regulations. Owner makes inappropriate jokes with office staff on behave of others. Lies about commission payouts and when advised you are going to seek attention from the DOL he says ok well then I’ll just deal with them instead of paying what is OWNED to you. There are people who are working for this company for over 5 years with no raise please don’t fall into this trap!
