Pros

Nice office location in the city center Wonderful, supporting colleagues and designers Diverse Work

Cons

HR is always protecting the company, but never the employees, acting like co-founder's layer. Not a good place for career growth, because of the obvious lack of process and structure of work, which leads to mediocre and unsustainable results. Actually there's no process of work only work that turns meaningful, due to rapid direction changes and poor management decision. lack of any respect and treatment for workers (at least in design department). Inadequate and inexperienced leadership, lack of empathetic approach, unclear guidelines and directions of work, which is actually due to the lack of long-term strategy and chasing results without any planning on the part of the management. In general, the approach is day by day.

Pros

-very good financial products - very good salaries

Cons

- all people are hired as contractors not on employment contracts, no benefits, not additional health insurance or any perks - the "management" is quite abusive, both verbally and by taking advantage of people - the colleagues are nice and friendly, trying their best but the work environment is very chaotic - there are constant threads that people will get fired - the "management" is extremely demanding but not for the right things, they follow people to the minute of their attendance in the office but do not bother to say thanks and great job done when you stay over hours

Hostile Work Place

Pros

Some colleagues were friendly and helpful, making it possible to get by in a toxic work environment.

Cons

The workplace was extremely toxic, with management exhibiting poor people and organizational skills. Leadership often relied on passive-aggressive behavior to make themselves appear more competent, leaving employees feeling belittled and undervalued. There was an unhealthy focus on control, including monitoring when you entered or left the office and how long your breaks were, which felt invasive and unnecessary. The management often assigned menial tasks that were outside of my job description, likely because they didn’t want to handle them themselves. This created frustration and a lack of focus on high-quality work. Long-standing employees who were closer to the CEO acted as if they were untouchable, making personal jokes at others’ expense and fostering a divisive, unprofessional environment. Stress and unhappiness were a constant part of daily life for many employees, which affected overall morale and performance.
