Pros

Really have nothing good to share. The teams usually consist of nice and helpful employees but that's not a good enough reason to waste your time and energy.

Cons

1. The KPIs set by the company are near impossible to meet. They frequently put people on performance improvement plans (which basically means the company wants to get rid of you) and they also put good performers on a challenge plan which basically increases the pressure on them by a huge degree. 2. Team leads and management do not enable you to meet your KPIs, unless you're one of their favorites. They won't pass you on your probation period if you don't constantly praise them and make them feel important. 3. The company lies about having a culture that fosters open communication but their is almost zero communication between you and your team lead which is a huge problem because the team lead has a major say in who stays or goes. Imagine having your job depend on someone who does not have the first idea about your work. You can even try to set meetings with the team lead but they would never agree to having one on one sessions unless gappain marni hon. 4. The provide you with literally no training at all and you figure stuff on your own using the pre recorded videos they give you. 5. The salary is terrible and the pressure is insane 6. The upper management is terrible too. They absolutely don't care about you they are only concerned with numbers all the time. 7. You get only 13 days annual leave which is very bad. 8. The laptops they give you are incredibly outdated. Heavy, slow with no battery life so you have to have them plugged in all the time. If your power goes out and you don't have a UPS or some other backup, your laptop won't last for more than 15 minutes and then you would still be held responsible for "being unavailable". 9. The team lead I got was a person with no substantial experience/quality education and therefore had zero professionalism. People like that never let good performers in the company and waste their time. So they basically won't let you in unless you pile on praises for them all the time and lower your standards to match theirs. 10. Most of the company has no English language speaking skills and communicate very unprofessionally with you and justify that by saying "they like to promote the national language" which is nothing but an excuse for not being able to converse in English.

Deceptive bonus structure, Dont fall for it. Ask what you believe is your worth Low salary, don't expect raises easily. Force attendance to special events in Islamabad under the excuse of "team building" every quarter . They will offer 20% reimbursement if any. And failure to attend will mean no raise or increments. False statement about employees centric. Company's HR behaves like school monitors. 1001 issues will be ignored BUT camera on during zoom call will be addressed first They install and monitor EVERYTHING you do on company laptop. The software even takes pictures and records audio in intervals. Zero trust on employees Lack of clear strategy. They have a dystopian vision But no clear way of achieving... Hired over 50 "management training officers" for 6 months duration, fired all or most of them in 3 months. Owners are not aware of business operations, BUT are involved in every aspect of running business, so they make wrong decisions and then won't correct it, instead will make more bad decisions to cover it. "seth sahib" culture. Few people get special treatment, rest are disposable as per management. Always in crisis mode, no strategy to overcome the stalled business. They don't take feedback constructively. If you raise a problem or a limitation they will term you as FIXED MINDSET. As long as you praise them they are happy. The nonsense of "open communication" is lies here, don't fall for it. Especially the HR people dont trust them. They will make you resign your current job, give you 1 month probation and then will terminate you. Changes in structure is unplanned, very biased and haphazard. Following people are the biggest liars THE HR TEAM OF LEVERIFY HAS COME ON GLASSDOOR AND PUT FALSE GOOD REVIEWS SO THAT REVIEWS AND RATINGS ARE BOOSTED.

Torture and micromanaging culture

Nothing so far. My experience with the company is so bad I am unable to think if there can be any positive side fir this company. So toxic so negative so narrow minded people are sitting here you feel frustrated in no time.

Cons

They try to make you excited with their culture all people development are good liers they have become experts in lying to your face. Once you join company real picture comes out. Not teams but the management is toxic. Their management styles are micromanaging. The only focus is on their strict so called SOP and policies. They never and will never progress with their mindset therefore dont seek growth at all. Work environment is too stressful for a human being their culture is not just seth but torture and they are living in illusion of leverify replicating culture of Google. What they focus is on keeping camera on all the time for 9 hours shift. Expect late sittings 10 hour shift its normal here if you want to leave on time you have attitutde problem. No overtime paid Leave goals achievement what they do is focus on operational tasks. Add tasks on zoho. Add weekly focus on zoho. Add monthly goals on zoho. Add meetings on google calendar... all useless work to micromanage employee and waste their time. Team leads hold alot of unnecessary and long meetings which can cause problem in achieving goals but who cares at the end you will be held responsible for not achieving goals. Their vision is too narrow as they keep saying our focus is not profitability our focus is employees, culture employee centric. But deep inside everyone of us know they are just selling this choran their focus is on profit and exploiting employees in the name of employee centric. People who stayed here for longer are the ones who can obey the upper management. Either they are needy or they know saying yes sir all the time will help you going. IT team is monitoring the laptop taking screenshots of work you are doing. Amazing part is employees are never informed of this all they do is secretly micromanaging. Their salaries are too low. No benefits at all the benefits they mention are useless because that is the minimum requirement of a company. The management lot is worse its theor effect coming down. Your mental health is comprimsed in this stressful culture. They are trying very hard to design false content to post on social media to attract more people but it is a trap please be aware. The whole company is working manually in this digital era. You have to do manual work more and more time consuming operational tasks and kill your potential. All the people having potential leve them early and they are unable to do anything about it. Their so called HR people development are worse as well. They lack professionalism. No idea how to talk to people and rude. They arrange activities on the name of employees but all activities are tirture again. Quarterly events they arrange on weekends for the complete day and coming from other city to islamabad you are paid pennies. Tired frustrated employees attend this event because you are thretened with no raise in appraisal. Raise in appraisa)s are also up to 10% and the criteria is not your goals achievement also your camera on all the time and saying yes sir all the time. Bad seth culture overall. Please do not join they are not what they are showing themselves. Employees here are considered trash
