If you dont need help from management and can be fully self sufficient, this role is a goldmine
Pros
Genuinely money to be made if you are a self starter who is comfortable going above and beyond each and every week. Its a shared lead pool so there is no need to prospect on your own. The CRM they use (coffee) is proprietary and simple to get up and running with. There are also Literally NO guardrails to prevent you from "sniping" your teammates leads. If you are comfortable doing this, your chance of success goes up hugely. In my time there, the largest perpetrator of it promoted cleanly through with no recourse. Support staff are all tremendously helpful (IT/Facilities). Lunch is provided for you each day and theres beer available after 4pm M-F
Cons
I was placed in home services. The manager there was a genuine sociopath, all sarcasm aside. Success on the vertical had to be directly attributed to him, and any deviation from his flippant ideas was met with multi-hour lectures in a conference room. At one point I was pulled into a room and lectured for 3 hours about being more efficient with my time (the irony of that one still gets me), despite being the Friday of my literal most productive week of all time. Ultimately I was fired because I didnt hit quota for 2 consecutive months. At the time of my firing I was over 100% to quota lifetime and had done so without stealing a single lead from anyone on site.
