      Willing to work around your schedule Opportunity to move up in position $1 raise a year and retirement fund for PT

      Cons

      Lots of in office drama Unprofessional and Immature coworkers (I have seen some of them be extremely rude to patrons) In a sketchy area so has become unsafe on various occasions Stagnant pay does not match the increased workload

      Great people, good ideas, big space, solid programs, supervisors who make time to listen to their employees.

      Cons

      Lots of job turnover which means dealing with lots of scheduling gaps, a number of rude customers, unreliable computers.
