Be careful trusting both staff and management Bias towards employee relations with each other Staff meetings are held late afternoons and you end up leaving work late evenings High turnover of staff which means backload of incomplete workload. Employers are difficult when it comes to decision making and assignments. No job description is ever given to an employee so it's loosely based on whatever you're told to do at that given time period
