Pros

Work is varied and interesting, colleagues are nice, pay is good (and timely).

Cons

The work can vary a lot, so we need to be continually learning, which isn't for everyone.

Pros

Jon Atkins, Elle Kaplan's husband, is okay. Talking to him makes sense and he is polite and professional. Wants to help and make the work easier.

Cons

From the start, you will be welcomed warmly and it will seem very exciting to join the team. But as days pass, Elle Kaplan will make you feel like you should already know how they do things. No room for learning curve or whatsoever. They expect you to already know what to do even though they provide you with little to no guidance and information. As if the salary is high. No proper onboarding. Do not be deceived. But if you are a person who is okay with low salary but high expectations, then go for it.
