Beyond just professional skills, the company fosters growth in all aspects of your personality, helping you build confidence, sharpen communication, and develop both personally and professionally. It’s motivating to be part of a team where your contributions are valued and where you’re continually encouraged to evolve.
Cons
There is lots of information to take in during training at the beginning - but it is definitely worth it as once you get the hang of it the work is very interesting and rewarding, especially if you have a mixed passion for science and medicine and writing or law.

This is a fast pace role and varied role which I personally love however would not suit everyone if you do not have this work ethic.
