Pros

Lextech used to be a place where talented people passionate about technology built amazing things. I felt supported by management, and valued as an employee.

Cons

After the "reduction in force" mentioned by another review, the culture is dead and the company is still draining talent. But it's not about the fact that people were let go, it's about how it was handled. A surefire way to lower morale is to screw over a large portion of the workforce.

Like to think of themselves as "world changers" and talks like that is happening everyday. Feels like businesses should be treated like people that have problems to solve and not like another company that wants an App.

Cons

Lacks strong leadership and attainable vision. Goals set by management are preposterous ($1 Trillion in opportunities) and are also difficult for normal employees to get behind as they seem to elevate the marketing of the company above other parts. Debt and money problems may mean the company is trending downward.
