1. .Benefits are great 2. Employees gets points to shop with 3. Breakfast and lunch are provided for 4. Location is great and hip 5. Building is pretty I guess
Cons
1. If your team is bad, then you're done for. Especially things like work-place bullying, racism and ostracization are very common. 2. Nobody really cares how much you complain. They'll do some half-hearted stuff to look like they're helping but nobody cares. 3. There is a lot of work. 4. Company is failing. It will probably shut down in the next year.
