Liaison Group Reviews

Some truly awful members of management work there, unfortunately all female too. The male management seemed to be all good - a little bit of a pain at times, but nowhere near as two faced and backstabbing. (I write this as a female!) Echoing other reviews, no matter how good you are at your job, or how productive you might be, if you aren't liked by management - you'll be chucked out. It's a shame really, but it just reflects how threatened they are by those beneath them. They created some company values which are merely what every self-respecting company should abide by. However, this is a classic case of "practising what one preaches" and Liaison does not succeed in this either. But they look and sound good, so they are a half decent internal and external HR tool... although probably more effective on those who don't stumble across these revealing Glassdoor reviews.

This company is toxic, it is full of management that are very old school and I would class as bullies. They do not know how to treat people .They appear to be all about the people , development and engagement of the employees this is so far from the truth. People are treated with no respect and are paid off to get rid of them rather than managing them. They have no ethics , if you are in the very small click or have worked there for the last 20 years you may be OK. Do not come to this business with ideas or from a corporate background as you will be so disappointed, they just feel threatened by you ad you will be out of the door. I actually have never worked for such an unprofessional business, don't be fooled by their website and prestigious customers !
