      Pros

      There are no notable advantages to working with this company. It is run by two brothers, but they seem to lack a clear understanding of how to deliver quality services to clients. The CEO has also struggled to build credibility on LinkedIn over the past three years.

      Cons

      1. No notable employee benefits are provided. 2. Most employees are either freshers or have only 1–3 years of experience. 3. There is a possibility of termination within just 6–7 days of joining the company.

      Pros

      I’ve been working here for almost a year, and overall it has been a great experience. While I didn’t get many opportunities to work cross-team, my own team was fantastic. The team lead and team members were very supportive, and the internal team culture is strong and well-maintained. Salary is competitive with the market and always paid on time. The company also encourages a healthy work environment by organizing recreational activities, vacations, and team get-togethers from time to time. Overall, it has been a positive and rewarding experience.

      Cons

      At times, client delivery requirements may require working beyond regular office hours or on weekends; however, these efforts are compensated later, as far as I’m aware.

      - The work environment is too fast for a less experienced individual. - Only the office is in the US and CTG; there is no office in a major city like Dhaka.
