get to leave at 4pm which is nice but this is at the cost of a full hour lunch break
Cons
Literally one of the least professional work environments I’ve ever worked in past the age of 25. The people treated it like it was highschool, the office manager is a very controlling and micromanaging person. The family that owns the company is a disaster and cannot keep their personal issues away from work. They also speak to people who work their like they're also your family. Everyone who works there longer than a year is dependent and has no other options. Beware of the ceo, horrible ethics.
