Tough outlook during covid however, leadership refocused successfully and delicately

I rather be homeless on the streets than work at Liberty again. Head office staff particularly HR are incredibly patronising and condescending, so don't be surprised when you find yourself under investigation for nothing whatsoever. The department store basically thinks it will be Harrods one day, but its footfall is steadily decreasing and their strategy is to belittle its retail staff into oblivion. This company demands its employees to act like inhuman robots at all times, constantly devoting their soul to the Liberty brand, let me save you some time...just avoid working here at all costs, even if its your life, because this store will bleed you dry until your shift ends!
