I was brought on to manage the digital marketing for the company, as they had no internal or external marketing team. I did everything i could for that company to try and help them create a strong digital presence. I explained everything i was doing and why to the managing director (Who has no understanding of Digital Marketing) I gave him plenty of opportunity to feedback and ask for changes etc but was always told he was happy with my work. All of a sudden i was told my work was unprofessional and not as expected, however he could not give me a clear reason what the issue with my work was. The following working day (last working day before xmas) they terminated my employment without actually telling me. They simply ignored all of my calls and messages and changed the passwords on all my work accounts. I went down to the office to find out what was going on and the managing director refused to talk to me because i apparently no longer worked there. I advise everyone to stay well away from this company as no amount of money is worth the stress and being treated in such a bad way. Unprofessional Awful Management Rude Clueless Staff Don't understand basic business management Criticise and be rude to staff in front of other staff members. Terminated employment by ignoring my calls and messages. The accounts manager is rude and seems to act like he owns the company.
