      WORST COMPANY . DO NOT JOIN THEM

      You will have to work in either visit visa for at least a month, They wont hire you if you have beard. they wont hire you if you are recently married female. they wont hire you if you are 35+. they wont hire you are a Egyptian or Pakistani or Sudanese. they wont hire you if you are fat or obese. Most of the things are illegal inside. they are ready to pay lakhs of amount as fine,but they are not ready to pay a decent salary for the employees. dear candidates, if you have any other offers, please go with it. but not LIFE HEALTHCARE GROUP. you might get fired next hour

      The worst company and hence you can learn how not to run a company

      Thats all you see everywhere, Immediate terminations for no reason at all, All illegal stuufs happen here, Making employees work in Visit Visa, Holding Passport and Certificate They dont hire Pakisthani and Sudanese Non competency agreement for two years. They wont give you the appointment letter unless you are in their Visa. Do not join this company if you have any other opportunities, Keep this as your last choice

      Nothing at all as pros

      Cons

      - Awful hours (60h per week, 6 days a week) - Very badly organised (more than 3 days without computer for the joining) - No integration process - Ask to use personal car for professional purpose but make you sign plenty of documents to acknowledge you are prohibited to use professional equipment for personal use... - Extreme micro-management (Have to sign in and sign out everyday even for managers) - Absolute no trust to employee
