Relaxed but unrealistic expectations outside of job description.

Pros
Somewhat relaxed and small home biz environment. Ongoing communication with prospective students were usually fun to connect with and offer direction.
Cons
Health and personal issues of CEO made for inconsistent and unrealistic job expectations and daily interruptions to act as chiropractor; sudden changes of course in priorities. Lack of availability for internal communication that became necessary for forward movement.

Flexibility, friendly people, easy-going environment, home-based biz.
Cons
Owner is kind, but wacky, health issues make the work environment unprofessional at times, constant changes make for a lack of normalcy and continuity. Must be willing to adapt constantly.
