Pros
Some clinics have great teams and environments. Gold cover HBF hospital cover. Lots of events like catch ups, annual balls and Christmas parties all paid for by your clinic managers.
Cons
No career progression. Practitioners are on salary/ledger/commission contracts that leave them not making commission for up to 1.5 years. Some practice managers are more into being competitive within the business rather than looking after their current staff members first.
