      Steady work hours, room to grow in the company, wonderful people to work with. They really care for employees and customers.

      None really. You sit in a chair most of the day so not a lot of moving around but that’s kind of a pro too so.

      Steady schedule. And you sit all day.

      Cons

      Everything. Management. Customers. Workload. You have to dedicate your life to them if you want to make 1 percent commission. Business is going under quickly and I know a lot of former employees who agree with me and can’t wait til it’s closed and they stop scamming the elderly and disabled. They want your money and do not care about your deceased love ones. Never work for them, never buy through their company. Scam scam scam

      So many cons to list. No help or support from upper management. Racists and degrading managers. Too many old white men running the show that don’t have a clue how to handle business or people.
