Pros

The team fosters a culture of open communication, where every voice is heard and valued, making collaboration both easy and enjoyable. One of the standout aspects of working here is the flexibility the company offers. Whether it’s accommodating work-life balance needs or adapting schedules, when necessary, leadership is understanding and supportive—something that’s not always easy to find. The training process was another highlight. It was well-structured, thorough, and delivered in a way to feel confident and prepared for the role. There was always someone available to answer questions, provide feedback, and offer guidance without judgment. Overall, Life Strategies is a place where people are empowered to grow, feel comfortable being themselves, and are supported every step of the way.

Pros

This RBT job is genuinely one of the good ones, training is solid, everything’s organized, and both clients and staff are treated with real care. You're supported, not micromanaged, and the work actually feels meaningful. Any drama comes from a few coworkers, not the clinic itself. If youre looking for a place with good vibes, clear expectations, and leadership thats in it with you, this is it. Paid training, and can move up kinda quickly if you are motivated and stay focused.

Cons

Must have good attendance! They don't mess around with a ton of excuses. Get your stuff together, don't be a follower, some coworkers just need to do their job. Once supervisors onto them, gets handled. Speak up, don't create issues.

Pros

17 onsite per hour which means you only get 17/hr while you are with a child.

Cons

You have to travel between the center homes and schools. The management is terrible. The main hiring lady which will be your boss is just mean and rude and fake.
