Pros
Friendly upper management. Co-founder eats lunch with you and invites you to their home.
Cons
Mentality is still stuck in academia in some ways. Some equipment leftover from the Univesity lab. Weekly meetings with people in China with very broken English. Some projects go round in circles without clear runway to market or to consumers. Management shows subconscious favoritism for old colleagues instead of valuing everyone's input.
