Pros
Lots of lovely and intelligent practitioners, flexible work hours, reasonable remuneration.
Cons
Completely unorganised, lack of appropriate policies and procedures and poor change management, engagement in PD is discouraged and no internal PD is offered, says they don't micromanage but they absolutely do, many promises made with none followed through on, upper management are really just awful people and don't care for their employees at all, high turnover rate as many people leave due to poor treatment and limited growth opportunities (and other reasons mentioned). I could go on...
