Very disorganized at times, with lack of clear direction and expectations from management. Difficult to advance career and get promoted as a junior internally due to limited positions for leads on accounts. Lower compensation than other peers and stingy with raises.

Toxic NYC environment where the Chief Business Officer would speak poorly of other employees for everyone to hear in the open office space. Inability to retain associates because of her and because of pay.
