      Bad office culture, associates/specialists are working out of fear, most senior managers corrects mistakes publicly, no training at all, working environment is bad, very high turnover of employees very rare that employee stay for 2 years

      - High attrition rate due to colleagues - Backstabbing is a culture. - Gives you a massive workload with unjustifiable deadlines.
