Pros

Decent compensation and benefits. Occasional work-from-home opportunities.

Cons

LifeZette is a crapshow circus. What minimal employees they had were worked to the bone because management didn't want to spend money on bringing on new hires and help, which quickly burned people out. Absolutely ZERO work-life balance at all, as you'll be expected to surrender your evenings, weekends, and holidays pushing out garbage buzzword content in pursuit of more clicks. You'll be told things will improve. They will not. In fact, they'll probably replace you with someone willing to work for less. Management is God-awful: overpaid baby boomers making 6 figures who can barely open a PDF but seem to know how to do your profession better than you. Everything LZ does is geared towards profit, and at the end of the day, employees are an expendable resource despite having kept the company afloat through thick and thin over the years. I could not recommend this trash-heap company any less. Stay away.

Pros

The publication covers some good material, is conservative. Paid well, but some people weren't always paid.

Cons

Management was terrible to work for. They had little sense of what they wanted to do, failed to provide good direction, and could be nasty as well.
