      Pros

      This is not a good company to work with. Especially working for people with mental health problems, this company is not trustworthy.

      Cons

      The CEO is very unpredictable, egotistic and lack of management skills. People come and leave company on the weekly basis. The only valuable source is psychologists working remotely. Management is lack of professional and recruiting lots of interns, remote workers to get things done without proper employments. If you are recruited from the company, you need to be careful.

      Unfortunately the salary is quite low and not competitive

      Cons

      From my view the founder come off as very egotistical and lacking respect. Personally I wouldn’t waste time management is very disorganized and is without a clue how to run a business. Overall it was a waste of time. In my opinion I wouldn’t recommend at all and find management untrustworthy.

      Everything. no direction, no plan, all money is not invested in the company, but paying a house for management.
