Pros

Offices are well located in the city center of Geneva. Very easy to get there from the train station

Cons

Salary delays every month, the employee turnover is huge at least 1 person leaves every 3 or 6 monts). The communication with the management is very hard, almost impossible (management does not speak english nor french, they use the help of a Chinese translator). Hard to find a good balance between life and work, you are expected to answer work calls during the weekend and late after working hours. There is also a clear Lack of understanding of app development, e-commerce and luxury field in general.

Pros

Difficult to think of any benefit, really. Premises are clean and modern. Period.

Cons

From huge salary payment delays and unrational IT expenditures to issues of communication (working with translators), crazy employee turnover and total lack of clear concept and ignorance of the luxury world, Lifemall has everything to be a cash burning machine without being profitable.
