Pros
Literally the most dense year of learning and experience building I could ever hope for. Working for a small start up means having your voice heard, being on the ground floor of a company, learning how a business really operates, and a ridiculously insane rate of personal/career growth. Leadership is awesome, super knowledgeable and experienced in the field. Location is great, hyper flexible work environment. And no fire drills

Working for a start up is scary and the future is never guaranteed. But literally nothing negative about the actual company.
