      Pros

      There are some great people who still work there, but they are stressed out and underpaid, and under-valued. The Health Spending Account was ok.

      Cons

      There is very little flexibility, Lifting Solutions is in the dark ages. I don't understand why some of these people stay when there are so many jobs out there. Some of the SLT are friendly and engage with the employees, check-in to see how you are, but the CEO isn't very friendly or approachable, he is awkward and doesn't seem like he is comfortable talking to the employees.
