The owners CAN be nice
Cons
They prey on people with no IT experience so they can get away with paying $35k a year. Turnover rate is INSANE. Required to be in the office when everything can be done remotely. Not many holidays off. No training or benefits AT ALL. Just sort of get thrown to the wolves then they get mad if you make mistakes. The owner's nepo children work there but they sort of show up not do anything then leave early. Don't expect to further your IT career here this company is very stale. IF you MUST accept a job offer from here take it for the experience then get out ASAP.
