      Excellence-driven staff Supportive managers and coworkers Meaningful work as part of a larger mission Wise stewardship as a nonprofit Opportunities for growth and professional development Monthly devotions and other activities make the team really feel like a family

      There's much good work to be done, so you need to be vigilant about caring for yourself and developing a healthy work-life balance.

      Pros

      Beautiful campus, free monthly breakfast, snacks, coffee and water. Cons: donor dollars are spent on travel that’s not about looking at overall savings. First class tickets etc. Money wasted on the aesthetics of facility.

      Cons

      Every other person is married to each other. HR not inviting with an open door policy, very standoffish. Some not so nice staff members.
