With a few exceptions, it's incredibly toxic and the ones that cut you the most rise to the top. Many people feel stuck here to hopefully get a payday if the company goes public, which increasingly looks impossible. The talented people are overlooked by very technical leadership with no vision. No culture to speak of, except burnout. Don't even consider joining this company.
