      Pros

      I had the chance to work with brilliant engineers and get to know the travel business.

      Cons

      Management is questionable, the salary is not that great and sometimes I felt our processes are blocking all of us.

      - nice team and co-workers - good office location

      Cons

      - office workers were all mainly Hungarians, environment it is not International - no company strategy - no employer branding strategy - mid-low salary for Hungary - no opportunities for a salary raise - management was more keen on paying very expensive external agencies / freelancers than on listening to their own employees
