Pros
Worked on a variety of projects and platforms, the environment is accepting of juniors with little experience. Colleagues are mostly friendly. No dress code. The best thing about Lima Bean was not my actual time spent there - it was that it set me up with the skills to enter a much better and happier workplace where I can't wait to go to work every day.
Cons
Vastly underpaid, bureaucratic and distant management, many HR processes that lead to little feedback and very few actions taken. Little-no support for women in tech. Highest turnover (and zero concern) I've ever witnessed.
